A party wall agreement is essential for owners planning to carry out any building work near or on a party wall.
A building defect survey report is a process where we investigate possible and confirmed defects within the property.
A building survey is most commonly required when people are buying a property.
However, it is also useful when you are selling a home. This is to anticipate any problems, such as damp or structural, that might put a potential buyer off or delay the process.
