  2. Level 2 Home Survey (Most Popular): Provides more of a detailed assessment of a property’s condition compared to Level 1 and is recommended for modern properties in reasonable condition.
  3. Level 3 Building Survey: Referred to as a Structural Survey, it’s the most comprehensive type of building survey available as it provides an in-depth assessment of a property’s condition, mainly focusing on structure. Generally recommended for older properties or buildings in poor condition that might have undergone more complex refurbishments.

We also offer an additional drone service that allows us to thoroughly inspect hard to see areas of the roof, which can often be problematic, like flat roof sections, box gutters or chimney flashings against roofs.
