Level 1 Condition Report

Best for modern properties, as opposed to older, complex or neglected dwellings. The Level 1 report will detail the condition of the building, grounds and services, providing an assessment of the importance of defects, like legal issues or obvious risks to the building or its inhabitants. It does not include advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance, but rather recommendations for further investigations.

Level 2 Home Survey *Most Popular

The Level 2 Home Survey is best for buyers, owners and vendors who seek professional, objective reports on the condition of the main elements of any given property, including internal and external visible defects, e.g. damp, subsidence etc. The inspection will cover as much of the property as is physically possible, but will not include detailed advice on repairs.

Level 3 Building Survey

A Level 3 survey is the most detailed and thorough of all the assessments and will address the building materials, defects and remedial options, as well as potential issues related to the property’s maintenance. Best used for properties in poor condition, are larger than usual or were built prior to 1850. This survey will also be applicable in situations where a property has undergone major changes.
